The Internet is a free platform for expressing creative ideas. For a long time now, viewers have been able to watch new movie releases from the comfort of their homes. With the emergence of the Internet, we can co-produce films from anywhere on the planet. People around the world all share the same concerns about love, family, peace and wellbeing. Our festival is created as a platform for communication between freethinking creative personalities. This Film Festival is exclusively social by nature.
Our Film Festival has three stages:

- The best acting (actor/actress);
- The best documentary (director);
- The best short film (director);
- The best clip (performer);
- The best TV program (program author);
- The best news story (journalist);
- The best public service announcement (video author).
In addition, a competition for the best 3-5 minute video on the topic «Freedom of the Long-Awaited Sofia»
Determining winners of the VI International Internet Film Festival Star Independent in 9 nominations.
Winners will be determined by votes cast by the audience and professional jury.

On October 16, 2020, the official Closing Ceremony of the VI International Internet Film Festival Star Independent will be held.

Film Critic, Program Director of Euregion Film Fest and Shift Film Fest International Film Fest. Member of the Ukrainian Association of Cinematographers of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Film Academy, Ukraine Cinema Critics Union, FIPRESCI, the Ukrainian Oscar Committee, a UCF expert.
Viktoriia Hrishko, Film Producer, Netherlands
Professional in global marketing, communications, project management and media production. Her experience encompasses activities in the Netherlands, Russia, the United Kingdom and Ukraine in the field of TV and media. In the past, she was engaged in the television content production: TV series, TV programs and online services.
